Bear's Story: Me: single, handsome and dapper. I like playing with stuffed toys, tennis balls and nylabones. Enjoy walks in the park, a good back rub, and long meaningful conversations. You: Happy and Loving. Willing to toss my toys to me several times througout the day, have tender loving arms, and enjoy sharing your life with a sensitive guy. Meet Bear, a wonderful and silly boy who is, how to put this nicely, just a little plump. Difficult to believe that spry Bear is 13 years old and as playful as can be. Bear needed to be given up by his owner who was dying. Her only wish was that her beloved Bear go to someone who would love him as much as she had over the years. How lucky Boston Brigade was to be able to honor her wishes. The Folkes family opened thier home to welcome Bear and it is a perfect match. Now Bear spends his days playing with his new doggy sisters and the children of the house. We thank this wonderful family for helping us to carry out the wishes of two seniors.
